I was nervous to order a funeral arrangement sight unseen since I live out of state and wouldn’t get to lay eyes on it, but took a chance and the order was as requested. I had an odd request to have them add a dog print on the card (I wanted the arrangement to be “signed” by my dog who had a special relationship with the person who passed) and they did a great job with this.

This bouquet was Mothers Day gift from my daughters and it is still stunning! This giant Lily makes me smile, since its from Lily's. Its fragrance lights up the room too! Thank you Lilys!

Best small town flower shop in Aberdeen! Hands-down. Friendly, helpful, and extremely easy to work with. I’ve made the mistake of ordering from ProFlowers, thinking I would save a buck, only to have wilted flowers delivered to my loved ones. I quickly called Lily’s and they stepped in and saved the day. Now, calling them to send flowers on a holiday is one of my favorite things to do. It’s easy to order with them and they always have a plan. I ordered for Mother’s Day 2024 and chose the florist choice bouquet. Oh my goodness! The flowers are beautiful and they were delivered promptly with a smile :-). Since I live far away and cannot take flowers myself, Lily’s is the only place I trust.

Called this morning for a last minute delivery for my daughter for Valentine's. I'm from Texas and my daughter is working in Aberdeen as a travel nurse. Not only was she the sweetest person ever, but was able to fulfill my request without it being very expensive. Thank you so much for great customer service!! I can see why you get such high reviews!

I just used Lily’s to order flowers for my uncle’s funeral in Aberdeen. I was concerned about ordering an arrangement online from a national company since they all have disclosures about substituting flowers as necessary. So, I decided to call Lily’s and spoke with Rebecca, the woman who would be designing the bouquet. She was so helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. She worked with me on designing a wonderful arrangement within my budget. Since I live out of state, and I am unable to attend the funeral, she even texted me a picture! Based on the customer service I received from Rebecca, I would highly recommend this florist to anyone looking to send flowers in Aberdeen.
